Products are dispatched in 2-3 working days of placement of the order.Customised products are shipped in 4-5 working days. For orders with multiple items and different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.
To return an item, please fill the returns form. Any returns made without the form may not be accepted.
We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit. Please note that all products on sale or using any discount code, are non refundable/exchangeable. The offer coupon is only valid once, and doesn’t apply on the exchange of any product.
We offer free returns within 7 days for products that are received broken. After 7 days, returns maybe charged for broken items.
All returns will be given store credit only. Please note – store credit is valid for 45 days from issue date.
Our terms and conditions pertaining to returns and exchange is as follows:-
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately. Our return and exchange policy is however subject to the following:
- (a) Return: Easy Exchange or Return available on all products(non-customised). No Returns below Rs. 999. Exchange will be charged at Rs.150 for shipping. Once the product is received at our warehouse we will ship the next product in 3-4 working days. Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags.
- (b) Where provided, products and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.
- (c) Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
- (d) All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
- (e) To send the new size or a replacement, we would charge an extra fees of Rs. 150 (Pre-Payment)
- (f) All custom made orders are non-returnable.
- (g) In case of any return/store-credit or alteration the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed. Store credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order.
