• What is the cost of Domestic shipping? Shipping for all orders within India is Free.
  • What are the COD Charges? Additional INR 100 is charged for Cash on Delivery orders.
  • What is the cost of international shipping?
    • For all international orders from outside India, USD 19 is charged.
  • How long will it take for the order to reach me?
    • Domestic: From the time of shipping, it takes about 3-5 working days for domestic orders
    • International: From the time of shipping, it takes about 5-8 working days for international orders to reach you.
  • If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
  • What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed? We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us at +91 9983385299 or write to us at and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
  • My order has been shipped. Can I track it? For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
  • If we are unable to fulfill the order in 20 days due to any reason, it shall be canceled.
  • Prepaid express shipping orders take up to 3 business days. Please call us between 12 to 6 PM
  • We take 1-2 working days to ship international orders from our end.


Please note that customs duties and taxes will be charged at the time of delivery based on actual duties charged by your country of the delivery address.


  • Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel.

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back into your Card Account.

  • Delivery takes 3-5 business days. Delivery time excludes payment verification & administrative processes.
  • Orders are mailed out within 48 hours upon payment verification excluding weekends & public holidays.
  • Delivery is trackable and 100% insured.
  • The customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.
  • If no one is at home/office to receive it, redelivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for re-delivery.
  • As soon as the order is shipped, we will send a detailed message with the name of the courier company and tracking number, it’s the customer’s duty to follow up with the courier company after that, we can help them with the exact status of an order along with its location.


Your orders will only be processed and packed during operation hours. Our mailing team operates from 12.00 am to 6.00 pm, Monday – Friday (exclusive of Public Holidays).
